The Master Footrest is designed to encourage a comfortable position when working at a desk with the feet slightly raised and lifting weight from the thighs. It is important to check the height of the chair and desk as well.
The footrest has a metal frame that has a flat stand at the back and angles that provide the tilt for the black resting board. The board has a rough surface and its angle can be changed by pressure on the front or back. The actual foot rest is not designed to take full weight or to act as a rocker in the same way as the HAG Quickstep footrest.
