After dealing with a painful "frozen shoulder" for a couple of years, I realised it was partly due to RSI and a bog standard mouse. I bought and used an ergonomic mouse and it improved the situation marginally. In pain and needing to use my PC for extensive work, I checked out best approaches on-line and came up with the Evoluent Vertical Mouse. I found it on the website and also spoke to Andy in Customer Service on the telephone. Based on his recommendation I bought the C (despite thinking it was very expensive). I got used to it within a few days and, after a month of use, I find it absolutely brilliant. THE key issue is that my arm is in a natural lifting position (with thumb up and wrist "vertical") and so is not strained at all. An excellent solution for me!
