First Aid Supplies
First Aid supplies are not just a sensible requirement, they are essential. The Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 require employers to provide adequate and appropriate equipment, facilities and personnel to enable First Aid to be given to employees if they are injured or become ill at work.
Our First Aid supplies will help you to comply with the guidelines and reduce the risk of serious employee injury. All working environments should have First Aid, burns and eye wash kits as standard. But there are many other supplies that should also be held in store to deal with a range of problems. All the First Aid products we supply are of the highest quality, yet still competitively priced. First Aid Training
MediRite’s First Aid training courses are widely recognised as being among the best in the country. A wide range of courses is available, from HSE First Aid at Work qualification and requalification to evacuation chair, defibrillator and oxygen therapy training.

Defibrillators
How would you stand legally if someone suffered a sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) on your premises and you did not have the necessary kit available to give them emergency treatment? How would you feel knowing you could have dealt with it? Two hundred and fifty people a day die from sudden cardiac arrest. Even if you think it unlikely that anyone will have a heart attack on your premises, why take the risk? Evacuation Chairs
More than 30,000 workplace fires take place every year. You could be liable if all methods of escape haven’t been provided. The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 says that you must manage any fire risk in your premises and take reasonable steps to ensure that everyone on the premises, or nearby, can safely escape if there is an emergency.
We sell hundreds of evacuation chairs each year to businesses keen to ensure they fully meet the requirements of the Order. An evacuation chair is an efficient and reliable way to transport a mobility-impaired person safely out of a building. They are designed to carry passengers down flights of stairs and round corners without heavy lifting, using just a single operator.
