The Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard and Number Pad has a split keyboard layout that keeps wrists and forearms in a relaxed position, and a cushioned palm rest to provide wrist support.

The natural arc keyboard layout follows the curve of the fingertips for a more natural way of typing. Reverse tilt design positions the keyboard at the correct angle to give you a straight, neutral wrist position.The domed keyboard shape works to reduce and correct wrist pronation that can cause pain and limited mobility.

By having the number pad separate, it provides users with far greater flexibility when considering desk set up.

Q: What should I do if the keyboard or number pad isn't functioning?

Make sure there are no loose connections, try connecting your keyboard to the computer by using a different USB port.

Try changing the battery – It could be a bad batch used by Microsoft.

If this doesn’t resolve the issue, try plugging the device into another computer…

  1. Shut down computer
  2. Plug your device into the correct port
  3. Restart the computer, this should now work
Q: What should I do if the keyboard still isn't functioning?

The keyboard may be defective and needs returning if the warranty is still valid. Please contact our customer services team on +44 (0) 345 345 0010 to arrange an exchange or return.

Q: What should I do if the keys do not strike correctly?

Give the keyboard a clean, make sure it is free of dust, dirt and foreign matter.

Turn the keyboard upside down to allow for any foreign debris, such as hair, food or dust to fall out.

We recommend that you periodically use compressed air to blow dust out of the hard-to-clean crevices in the keyboard.

Please do not remove any keys/parts from the keyboard as this invalidates the warranty.

Warehouse stock

This is an item we keep stock in our warehouse.

Delivery time

If the item is currently in stock we will process your order in 24 hours. Please allow up to 3-4 working days for delivery, though times will often be faster than this.

Returns
14 day return

We offer a 14 day return policy on this item, providing the item is not damaged. You must first phone the office to obtain a Returns Note and Number.

Goods must then be returned in their original packaging with the original Delivery Note and Returns Note enclosed. On return you can exchange your item for another one or opt for a refund.

We do not refund the outward carriage charge nor do we pay for the cost of return. If in the very unlikely event the item is faulty we will collect it and either refund it or provide you with a replacement.

Please let us know within 24 hours of receipt of the item to make a valid claim.
