£5 (ex VAT) - FLAT RATE SHIPPING ON WEB ORDERS

Order anything from us on the web and the total shipping charge is only £5 (ex VAT).

For orders outside the UK please contact us for a shipping quote.

Delivery time

For items in stock we aim to process the order through our facilities in 24 hours. Delivery is made by courier and may take up to 3-4 days, though often will be quicker. Unfortunately we cannot specify a delivery time.

For some items, we do not stock in our warehouse and delivery times will vary.

Chair Delivery

Delivery of chairs is by courier and requires a signature upon receipt. Please sign as “unchecked”. Ensure you advise us of any damage, loss or faults within 24 hours in order to make a valid return claim.

Please Note:

Our couriers are only insured to deliver items to goods inwards, reception or your front door.

Desking Delivery

Individual desk orders are delivered flat-packed for self assembly. On-site installation is available by special arrangement. Larger installations are professionally installed.

Sale or Return Policy

If goods have been supplied on sale or return and you wish to return them within the 14-day trial period, you must first phone the office to obtain a Returns Note and Number. Goods must then be returned in their original packaging with the original Delivery Note and Returns Note enclosed. We do not refund the outward carriage charge nor do we pay for the cost of return.
