I suffered with carpel tunnel syndrome and was advised to try a joystick type mouse but I came across the Mouse Bean and I'm so glad I did. This is the most fantastic product and such great value for money. Since using the Mouse Bean I have had no wrist problems whilst using the computer. I've just ordered a spare as I never want to be without one. I have also recommended it to my Health and Safety Manager at work as I believe anyone with wrist problems would greatly benefit from one.
