I am now a recently retired airline pilot and was reccommended the Backfriend for use on the flight deck as the installed seating was well worn . It enabled me to fly without any discomfort on a 10 hour multi sector duty on a regular basis after suffering a lumbar prolapse. (Posted on 02/02/2012)
