RollerMouse Free2 is the lowest, most ergonomic and precise RollerMouse to date, with superior cursor control and a slim line design that provides the user with a safe, fast and comfortable alternative to a traditional mouse. It’s an ultra-low ergonomic mouse alternative that is placed right in front of you. This central and flat position allows you to work safer, faster and more comfortably, offering you complete freedom, functionality and flexibility. RollerMouse Free2 is the lowest RollerMouse yet. Its 19.5 mm height makes it even easier to rest your hands and wrists flat on a desk or table. Working with flat wrists is the optimal ergonomic position for your body.

You control the cursor by lightly moving the rollerbar with your fingertips, giving you the freedom to use both hands. Less physical strain and improved precision help you work more efficiently and by using both hands this helps avoid discomfort and prevent pain by varying your position.

One of the best features of RollerMouse Free2 is that you can make movements comfortable and effortless with the integrated leatherette wrist rests, which are designed to keep your hands, wrists and forearms flat. The wrist padding is slightly higher than the rollerbar to avoid unwanted clicks.

The RollerMouse Free2 also awarded best new product that increases productivity and profitability while improving workplace health and safety. It won the 2010 Attendees’ Choice Award at the National Ergonomics Conference and Exposition in the USA.

Additional Information

  • Slim, flat and low profile
  • Ambidextrous - Designed for use with both hands- The fully open rollerbar opening allows you to place several fingers, from one or both hands, parallel to each other. This improves control and precision while reducing and distributing the workload between the fingers
  • Supportive integrated wrist rest
  • Quick and easy cursor speed selection - choose between five cursor speeds ranging from 800 dpi to 1600 dpi for maximum precision. The speed increases by 200 dpi with a push of a button. Five lights above the triangular button indicate your current cursor speed.
  • Central & light touch control - The rubber-coated rollerbar gives you solid and precise cursor control with very little need for force. This allows you to move the cursor with a light touch, which relaxes your fingers, hands and arms.
  • Cursor end detection - If your cursor cannot move further, simply force the bar slightly to the right or left until you hear a gentle click. This activates the end detection and the cursor can move anywhere on the screen.

  • Adjustable mouse click pressure sensitivity
  • Custom made to fit most keyboards - If you want to customize the height and angle of your keyboard, simply insert the keyboard risers, two modular mini-platforms, to find the most comfortable working position.

Q: What should I do if my Free2 won’t connect to my computer?
  1. Make sure the USB cable is connected directly to your computer and not to a hub or docking station
  2. Try re-connecting your Free2 (maybe in a different USB port) or restart the computer
  3. Try connecting your Free2 to another computer
  4. Try connecting someone else’s Free2 to your computer (and vice versa)

If there is only a problem when the Free2 is connected to your computer, then the problem is most likely with your computer. If the problem with the Free2 is consistent and appears in the same way on any computer, then your Free2 unit is mostly likely the cause. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please contact our customer services team on +44 (0) 345 345 0010.

Q: What should I do if the cursor is moving erratically?

Dust and dirt can collect over time on the optical sensor that reads the movements of the roll bar. This can cause the cursor to navigate poorly. Most related problems can be rectified by cleaning around the sensor. To do this, apply compressed air from a can. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please contact our customer services team on +44 (0) 345 345 0010.
