How WorkRite can help SME's
Friday 11 September 2015
This webinar focuses on the pain points some SMEs face when trying to ensure compliancy with their health and safety training. It will talk through the most common problems our existing clients faced in conducting training prior to WorkRite and demonstrate how we have helped not only save time and cut training budgets but insured a comprehensive audit trail.
How do you ensure your training records are up to date? Do you have a dedicated Health and Safety team? How do you co-ordinate workers in remote locations? How do you support a flexible working environment whilst ensuring all workstations are assessed? How will you train your staff to an adequate level without cutting productivity by dragging them to a classroom?.
Ellie will take you through the courses most of our SME clients have and explain the positive impact these courses could have on your company and staff wellbeing.
The webinar will last for about half an hour, including time for questions and answers.
Ellie Hale started at Posturite in 2014 and has quickly established herself as a key member of the WorkRite team. She is responsible for the growth and development of the WorkRite division in London and the South East and has unearthed a number of common themes in the SME market when discussing our e-learning suite, which she is keen to share with you during this webinar.
Prior to joining Posturite, Ellie worked in business development in Sydney, Australia for five years. Her degree is in Law which has given her a solid understanding of the legal obligations employers have to their staff with regards to Health and safety training to remain compliant. Ellie’s role is to travel to potential clients to demonstrate the WorkRite system and show how it can streamline their processes and procedures.
