FeelRite: a happy workforce is a productive workforce
Friday 6 May 2016
As part of Mental Health Awareness Week in May, we’re hosting a free webinar that puts the spotlight on FeelRite, one of our newer e-learning courses.
FeelRite helps empower staff to recognise the signs of stress and manage the symptoms before it affects their home and working lives.
New figures from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development show for the very first time that stress is the most common cause of long-term sickness absence for both manual and non-manual workers.
Join us for our free webinar where we will tackle how stress is defined by HSE and explore the impact it has on corporate responsibility.
We’ll talk about how FeelRite can positively impact your business and the culture of your organisation.
ACAS states that employers have a duty under health and safety law to assess and take measures to control risks from work-related stress. Also under common law employers need to take reasonable care to ensure the health and safety of their employees.
You are responsible if you are in one of these roles:
- Board Directors/CEOs
- Health and Safety managers
- Human Resources managers
- Line managers
- Trade Unions representatives
- Occupational Health Services

Prior to joining Posturite, Ellie worked in business development in Sydney, Australia for five years. Her degree is in Law which has given her a solid understanding of the legal obligations employers have to their staff with regards to Health and safety training to remain compliant. Ellie’s role is to travel to potential clients to demonstrate the WorkRite system and show how it can streamline their processes and procedures.
