“Not only will the new system lead to major efficiency savings, but we will also be able to cut back dramatically on the amount of paper we have to store. Once any incoming documents have been scanned into the system, they can be shredded and sent for recycling. There’s no need to hang on to them because authorities such as HM Revenue & Customs accept copies stored on the system as legitimate.”
The three-part system marries up Canon’s flagship iRC5185i network-ready, high-speed, multi-functional workhorse with ADOS and eCopy software and hardware.
