I look after the training needs of 4,500 staff in more than 10 locations across four countries. How on earth could WorkRite service our needs?
WorkRite works with several customers with similar responsibilities and needs. Our online training packages can be translated into any language to suit the requirements of multi-national businesses.
I’ve never studied IT. Will I be comfortable using the management system?
You’ll be absolutely fine. Our management system is straightforward. You can run reports, search trend analysis and various other functions at the click of a mouse. All functions of the system can be taught at implementation stage. We can also provide a quick guide that you can refer to should the need arise.
We have been looking at e-learning but increasing pressures of my job role mean that I do not have the time to administer the system. Can you help?
Yes. We manage many of our customers’ learning management systems and can help with the system roll-out and any outstanding issues. Where necessary we can also organise specialist assessments with one of our UK-wide network of 55 DSE Assessors.
Do I have to pay for the licences every year?
No. The licence fee is a one-off purchase. The licences are also renewable, so can be used for new starters when a previous user is de-activated. An annual maintenance fee is charged at a small percentage of the initial purchase price which includes all hosting, technical and customer support and any updates to the WorkRite system.
Will providing DSE e-learning create more issues?
No, far from it. Our e-learning programs permit early intervention which, in turn can help to prevent long term sick leave amongst your workforce. E-learning teaches end users how to solve certain issues on their own. Also, with the automated advice responses for certain questions, it limits the amount of time you need to be involved, saving you valuable time and resources.
Our IT department doesn’t want to get involved in e-learning so would it be difficult to put it on our systems?
WorkRite’s e-learning programs are hosted at our Head Office in East Sussex so there is no reason for your IT department to be involved. It is a web-based package that users log onto via the Workrite homepage. Even though it is a web-based system there are no flash players or plug-ins which can have a detrimental effect on your company’s IT systems.
We have a high turnover of staff. Does this mean I need to buy more licenses when someone leaves and they are replaced?
No, once purchased the licences are yours. This means that if someone leaves you can deactivate them from the system, which frees up that licence for their replacement. However, the past user’s training and assessment information will be stored so you will always have access to a permanent audit trail should you need it in the future.
How much involvement from our IT department is required when we purchase the software?
Little to none. As this is a fully-hosted service there are no files which need to be installed locally. In some cases your firewall may need to be changed slightly to allow access to our web servers.
Can WorkRite be integrated into our HR or learning management system?
