Macworld have published a very useful guide on how to rearrange your workspace in order to minimise the risk of injury. Of course, here at Posturite we are experts in this field, but for a fair few of our customers, they won't have any idea what's causing their aches and pains at work and even more won't know how to prevent them, so this guide is a good place to get some grounding on the subject.
