Museum of London event is a sell-out

museum-of-london-blogOur regular free customer events are always popular. But the demand for places at our half-day Reasonable Adjustment seminar at the Museum of London on 12 September took us all by surprise.

Despite adding a second session in the morning, all 200 available places were taken up in double-quick time leaving several people disappointed.

Marketing manager Karen Pengelly said: “This event has really struck a chord with people. The demand for places was so great that we were unfortunately not able to squeeze everyone in. We’ve contacted those people to let them know that they’ll be at the top of the list of invitees when we next address the subject of Reasonable Adjustments in London.

“We’re also planning to run this same event in other parts of the UK next year, so customers from all the regions will have a chance to learn more about this increasingly-important subject.”

At the Museum of London event, our own Reasonable Adjustment experts was joined by Adish Farkhad from Twenty Twenty Law and Gail Scott from Managed Occupational Health Ltd, one of the UK's leading and most innovative healthcare providers. They looked at ways in which employers assess and manage employees’ long-term health issues so that they are able to continue working.

An optional free tour of the Museum, which holds the largest archaeological archive in Europe, was offered to all those attending.
