It will offer both new and existing clients a much broader, more powerful yet greatly streamlined reporting tool.
The introduction of several new filtering options will enable the current requirement for 40 or 50 different reports to be reduced to a mere handful.
Ryan Church, WorkRite’s national sales manager, said: “We are really excited about the introduction of this new reporting suite which will be a lot more intuitive and visual than the current system. It will mark a step-change in the way reports are produced.”
New customers will receive the new software as soon as it is released, but existing clients will be introduced to it gradually as part of an integration programme that will see the existing and new versions run side by side for about three months.
Ryan explained: “We don’t want to spring this new tool onto our existing customers without giving them a chance to get used to it, so we figured that it would be best to drip feed it in. If it takes less than the three months that we’re allocating, all well and good. But having both versions available for a time will, we hope, alleviate any problems during the switchover.”
It is hoped that the new reporting tool will be available within the next two months.
