One of the UK’s leading consulting ergonomists, John Ridd, will lead our next webinar, scheduled for today, Friday 21 March. Don’t worry if you can’t tune in today – all Posturite webinars can be listened to at any time by simply clicking a link from our webinar page.

John serves on a number of UK and European committees concerned with workplace ergonomics and for the past 20 years has worked as a consultant specialising in workplace design in relation to musculoskeletal disorders. Before that he worked at the University of Surrey’s Robens Institute carrying out research, training and consultancy work.

John has had a long association with Posturite and has played an important advisory role in the development of many of our industry-leading products. He is also part of the expert WorkRite consultancy team.

Today’s subject is ‘Investigative Techniques’. It’s a topic on which John is supremely well qualified having spent 20 years providing expert witness reports in cases involving musculoskeletal injuries amongst workers.

Katharine Metters, WorkRite’s lead consultant, said: “We are delighted that John has agreed to lead this webinar which will be of particular interest to ergonomists, health and safety professionals and DSE Assessors.

“His vast experience in the industry makes him always worth listening to and I, for one, am really looking forward to hearing what he has to say on this important subject.”

Our webinars are held on the third Friday of every month. Today’s will get under way at 12.30pm and will last for approximately 20 minutes.
