The first of a quarterly series of face-to-face WorkRite User Group meetings was held last month in Newcastle, hosted by Sage.

Several of our top customers in the North of England came along to share their experiences of working with our products, find out about any new developments and network with health and safety colleagues from other companies over lunch.

The event proved a big success, with several customers providing us with useful feedback about both our e-learning courses, such as the market-leading AssessRite software, and our unique online management system which captures essential information for the health and safety team and provides them with a fully-auditable trail of actions required or taken.

The next User Group will be held early in the New Year in London with another planned for Edinburgh in the spring. Invites for these events are sent well in advance to give you the opportunity to arrange your diaries accordingly.

National sales manager Ryan Church said: “Lots of key customers have mentioned to us that they would be interested in coming along to a user forum, so we’ve decided to hold them on a quarterly basis in different regions of the country in order to give as many as possible the opportunity to come along at least once in the year.

“The inaugural event was a great success, and we would like to thank Tony Dodds and Sage for hosting the group. I think both our customers and the WorkRite team found the time productive and we now look forward to meeting more of our users in London in the New Year.”
