This month we will be busy promoting mental health and wellbeing in the workplace with two webinars on this topic this month with speakers from our WorkRite team and Remploy.
We are also holding DSE (display screen equipment) courses in both foundation and post foundation levels in London & Cambridge.
AoC Health and Safety Conference and Exhibition
We'll be at the UAoC Health and Safety Conference and Exhibition on May 4th in Nottingham. This conference is a must-attend event providing delegates with information on important current and future developments within college Health & Safety as well as excellent networking opportunities.
Our DSE Foundation course equips learners with the skills to carry out their own DSE assessments. Delegates will gain an understanding of common musculoskeletal disorders, the regulations associated with DSE assessment, an overview of common workstation problems and an insight into possible solutions. After the course, delegates should be able to carry out assessments according to Display Screen Equipment regulations.
Our DSE Post-Foundation aims to build on the skills delegates already have and develop their understanding of the most up-to-date regulations. We will provide a deeper insight into anatomy, physiology and common musculoskeletal disorders, and give attendees the chance to discuss and evaluate issues theyâve encountered in their own practice.
