In this blog, Tom will take us on a quick whistlestop tour of the aftercare service provided by Posturite throughout the UK and Ireland, and I’ll highlight why it pays to buy an office chair with a good warranty in the first place.

1. I’d like all of my department’s office chairs to be checked and logged
You can book the office chair repair team to carry out multiple checks in a chair audit.

2. I bought an ergonomic chair from Posturite and it’s still under warranty
Many of the ergonomic chairs at Posturite have two year – or even five year – warranties. For example:

You’ll be taken care of by Posturite’s aftercare team during your warranty if any issues arise, and the crew – sometimes including Tom – will establish with you which chair part will be needed and the best way to get it replaced and refitted free of charge. Usual terms and conditions apply.
Tom travels around all the time and makes these chair and desk repair and installation visits to football stadiums (yes, including Wembley!), airports, museums and hospitals – as well as all the offices and home offices you’d expect. He was originally a carpenter by trade. People don’t expect there to be an office chair repair home service available these days, and love it that there is at Posturite.
