Have your new products delivered and set up at a time convenient to you with our market-leading delivery partner. Trained technicians will make sure you’re as comfortable and confident as possible with your purchase – and they’ll even conveniently remove and recycle all the packaging afterwards so you’re ready to go.

Chair and desk delivery, installation, set up and support

Our delivery partners will have you comfortably set up and familiarised with your chair and/or desk at the time of delivery. They’ll also take away the packaging and, if you selected the option, remove your old furniture for recycling.

You’ll also be provided with an introductory leaflet to help you get comfortably positioned at your workstation, and you’ll have access to videos and advice sheets on our online product help hub - as well as a support number to speak to our product team.

Personal experience

Our delivery technicians are exceptionally well trained and understand that a personal service is needed to make sure that not only are the chairs and desks delivered when you want them, but that users are advised on how best to reap the ergonomic benefits of their new products.

  • How much is the full delivery, set up and installation service?

  • Can we offer delivery, installation and set up to all locations?

    We can offer delivery, installation and setup to UK Mainland* and Isle of Wight (surcharges apply) only. *Not available in Highlands and Islands, Northern or Republic of Ireland.

  • Can you choose a delivery date and time?

    Standard delivery times are between the hours of 09:00-18:00. You will receive a text SMS message on the morning of delivery to notify you of an AM or PM slot. You will also receive a call or text SMS 1-hour prior to delivery.

  • What is the lead time from point of order to delivery and set up?

    We offer next day delivery for in-stock chairs and desks. Please be aware that each item has different estimated lead times which are displayed below the 'Add To Basket' button on the respective product page.

  • Do you take away and recycle packaging?

    Yes, with the delivery, set up and installation service we take away and recycle all packaging as standard.

  • What further support and aftercare do you offer?

    We will provide you with an introductory leaflet with access to our online product help hub, where you can find how-to video set up and familiarisation guides - as well as live chat and a support number to speak to our product team.

  • What if I'm happy to assemble and set up my own chair or desk?

    There is no obligation to use our full delivery and set up service. You can also choose to have your chair or desk delivered by courier for self assembly and set up.
