One in three accidents at work are caused by manual handling. Protect your team with our engaging face-to-face training courses. Delegates will find out how to recognise risks in their particular working environment, and learn the best manual handling methods to reduce those risks.

Once trained, they’ll be able to identify risks, demonstrate basic manual handling techniques, be aware of the law around manual handling, and develop a basic understanding of the anatomy of back issues and other common musculoskeletal disorders.
