This 1.5 hour remote course will help your team identify manual handling risks in their working environment, and give them the skills to avoid injury. Taking place over video chat, but nonetheless engaging, this session provides basic theoretical information and manual handling methods.

By the end of the course, delegates will be able to demonstrate basic suitable manual handling techniques. They will also understand legal requirements and the risk factors associated with manual handling, as well as the basic anatomy of associated back and health issues.
