Vela Tango 200 - The highly stable ergonomic office chair with an electric lift and brake function.
Specialised for users with mobility impairments and back problems, it is an excellent chair that is highly manoeuvrable, safe to get in and out of and adjustable through electronic controls.
Electric lift function
Two discrete electronic controls underneath each arm that raise and lower the chair to the appropriate level. The chair can be charged overnight for worry free lifting every day.
Brake lever can be used to completely lock the chair, making it safe and stable to get in and out of. Once locked the chair will not move. Even if the user falls into the chair it will not roll away. Once sat the brake can be released for easy movement.
Allows the user to decide when they want the chair to swivel, again making for a safe entry and exit.
Can be completely dropped down for side transfer if necessary.

Q: How do I adjust the back angle of my chair?
Adjust and secure the bolt which is mounted on the rear side of the backrest.
Q: My gas stem seems a little stiff – is this normal?
Sometimes, over time, the gas stem can become a little stiff when trying to adjust the height. A quick and easy fix for this is using WD-40 or Vaseline. Apply a light layer of grease to the gas stem, then try adjusting the gas stem 3-4 times. The gas stem should now adjust easily.
Q: We have hot-desking and I want to adjust the backrest height – how do I do this?
Adjust by loosening the hand wheel on the armrest bar and regulate the height of the armrest. Remember to tighten the hand wheel again.
Q: How does the brake work on my chair?
Move the brake lever situated on the side of the frame forward. Unlock the chair by moving the brake lever backwards into upright position.

30 day return
If you change your mind and your item is unused and in its original condition, we can give you a full refund when you return it within 30 days with your proof of purchase e.g. confirmation email or order number.
The goods must be returned during business hours, carriage paid, in perfect condition in their original packaging, with the Returns Note enclosed.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is faulty/damaged, please contact us to advise when the item is packaged up and ready for collection.
If goods are returned due to a fault on the item, this will be tested and if faulty, a replacement will be issued. If no fault is found, the item will be returned back to you.
Please note that if you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a full refund, then place a new order (which will include delivery costs again).
