Overview

Transitioning to new ways of working can often be met with resistance and challenge. Staff can often become concerned with practicalities such as hot-desking and DSE requirements. Deploying change management processes and understanding why change can be hard is key to project success. This webinar is an overview of the key things you need to know in order to achieve successful people-dependent return on investment.

About the speaker

Holly Sorce

Holly Sorce is a Change Management Practitioner with a special interest in smart/agile working projects. Projects or initiatives which physically change the way in which people work also require a shift in mindset and willingness from staff to make the project a success. This is often challenging and the benefits are not always seen immediately. Holly works within project teams and with agile specialists to ensure staff are consulted and engaged at all stages of a project lifecycle and that they are supported through transition into new working environments. Holly is a member of the Change Management Institute and has spoken at many events on the role change management plays in the successful delivery of projects and programmes.
