If you’ve been working from home for a while now, it’s important to make sure you keep up good postures and healthy habits to avoid feeling uncomfortable and unproductive. In this short Q&A-based webinar, our resident Chartered Physiotherapist Katharine Metters will run through a check-list of factors you should consider right now when it comes to your home set-up. This will include:

  • Checking your emotional wellbeing
  • Enhancing your productivity
