Why use a monitor stand?

Many of us don’t think about the height of our monitor, but having your monitor at the wrong level can, over time, cause strain on the neck and lead to bad posture.

As a rule of thumb, your monitor should be at arm’s length from your seating position and your eyes level with the top of the screen.
