This is commonly an issue with the motherboard. The motherboard needs to be reset, and will only reset if the computer is completely disconnected from its power source.
To resolve the problem, follow these simple steps:
- Shut down Windows
- Unplug the computer completely from the power source for 1 minute
- Plug in and restart Windows

Make sure there are no loose connections, try connecting your Piano keyboard to the computer by using a different USB port.
If this doesn’t resolve the issue, try plugging the Piano keyboard into another computer...
- Shut down computer
- Plug your Piano keyboard into the correct port
- Restart the computer, this should now work

Give the Piano keyboard a clean, making sure it is free of dust, dirt and foreign matter.
Turn the Piano keyboard upside down to allow for any foreign debris, such as hair, food or dust to fall out.
We recommend that you periodically use compressed air to blow dust out of the hard-to-clean crevices in the Piano keyboard.
Please do not remove any keys/parts from the Piano keyboard as this invalidates the warranty.
