Assistive Technology & Reasonable Adjustments Review
Reasonable adjustments to support an individual with a disability at work should be regularly reviewed to make sure they're effective and suitable.
This is a good chance to check that your employee is well supported in their role and suggest new Assistive Technology to help them. Technology evolves and so do job roles and the people in them. Make sure resources are being well allocated and your employees are still getting what they need.
This session is delivered virtually. Should you require a different delivery method please contact us to discuss further.
What is a Reasonable Adjustments Review?
Our Reasonable Adjustments Review revisits previously implemented reasonable adjustments to make sure they’re helpful for the individual. Our enablement assessor will consider the needs of the individual and the organisation to advise on any additional reasonable adjustments that might help.
An ergonomic assessment can also be provided in this assessment if required.
Who is a reasonable adjustments review for?
Any employee who already has reasonable adjustments in place to help them overcome workplace barriers due to disability or impairment.
What happens after I book a reasonable adjustments review?
After your assessment booking has been placed, a member of our appointments team will be in touch to confirm a suitable assessment date.
