What happens in a Driver Set Up Review ?
The review will be carried out by a member of our assessment team. All of our assessors are trained in driver set-up with extensive product knowledge. The assessor will undertake a series of checks and ask questions about the reported problems.
Where necessary, products will be trialled to encourage a suitable and supported driving position.
Following the review, a report will be submitted which will address the reason for the review, highlight any relevant areas of concern, and provide recommendations with justifications.
