The 'Initial triage of requirements' appointment is a pre-arranged 15 minute telephone call with our enablement consultant.
Together we will identify the correct next steps along the reasonable adjustments process and a clear plan of action. This conversation with a specialist helps ensure the individual is on the right pathway for further assessments or support.
What is a triage call?
A telephone consultation with our assessment team to briefly discuss any issues or concerns with the individual and/or line manager.

Any employee who feels they may need further support within the working environment, but may need further clarification as to what is required.
