We host free workplace health and wellbeing events all over the country to inspire, entertain and enlighten attendees. You can use this page to find out more, book tickets for upcoming events and explore events we’ve already hosted.
What are Posturite events about?
Each year we host a handful of free events around the UK based on subjects related to workplace health and wellbeing. Subjects we routinely cover include:
Health and safety
The health and wellbeing industry moves quickly and it pays to keep up. According to researchers, unhealthy workforces cost the UK £58 billion every year through sick leave and dropped productivity. Our events are designed to inspire new ways of thinking about these topics. We invite industry experts to talk about their research and experiences in a bid to spark new ideas and conversations that set the foundations for positive change.

What’s in it for us?
Our events are usually free to attend, so what’s in it for us? Hosting events is important to us because we find they:
- Inspire people to make healthy changes at work
- Raise awareness of our products and services
- Give us a chance to talk about the topics we love
- Allow us to meet existing and potential clients
The core aim of our events is to get industry professionals together to explore the link between health, happiness and greater productivity. Our events are educational but we often put on a side exhibition of products to raise awareness of some of the solutions available. There is no obligation to buy but many of our attendees find it useful to see and try products they’ve heard about before, or seen on our website.
Our events also give us a fantastic opportunity to network with clients, professionals and other industry experts to stay in the know in our constantly shifting world of workplace health and wellbeing.
