What we did
A number of the 150 employees at FICO’s UK head office in Birmingham had been reporting issues with their existing HÅG office chairs. To keep on top of the issues, Facilities Manager Michael Greenhalgh had been attempting to find replacement components, which was proving to be a costly and unsustainable solution. Instead, they enlisted the help of our chair specialists.
We provided some new chairs for trial, which FICO staff then tried and rated. The final results showed overwhelming support for the HÃ…G SoFi chair. We then helped Michael submit a business case to management in the States, who gave the all-clear to place an order for 150 brand new ergonomic office chairs. Once delivered, we then sent our experts to help users set the chairs up and show them how to improve their posture to eliminate aches and pains.
