What we did

We were appointed to design and build the new Heathrow Terminal 3 Cabin Crew base for Qantas and relocate all staff on a critical timeline between T4 and T3 to work with departing and arriving flights. We worked closely with the Qantas teams in London and Sydney via weekly conference calls to design the space – always with workflow processes in mind. The design considered the arrival of cabin crew staff to the facility – they needed Internet access, relaxation and breakout areas, briefing, and changing/grooming facilities prior to flight departure.
