T-Systems wanted to improve the working environment of its growing UK employee base. The company recognised that productivity, health and happiness at work link directly to office environment and equipment – and so sought display screen equipment (DSE) assessments from a provider with demonstrable clinical expertise.
We sent experienced Posturite assessors to a number of T-Systems Limited sites to carry out thorough DSE assessments, drawing on backgrounds in sports science, injuries and treatment to make educated suggestions and adjustments.

The assessors have been extremely pleasant, as I hear from the guys at the sites. I travel around, like your Assessors, so appreciate the road conditions - weather, traffic, trains and so on - that they have to endure. What I feel extremely pleased about is the honesty shown by your assessors. With honesty brings great confidence in what is being said. By that I mean - if I think that we need to buy 5 or 6 chairs, the assessor will come back with a report stating that all we need to do is adjust the chairs that we already have. I was very impressed with that, because the assessors could really sell chairs and make lots of money through the sales, but my view is they don’t, they maintain good customer relations, which far outweighs everything. To have a supplier work the same way I do, with the same kind attitude, then ... well things get done. My internal customers are happy and my good reputation within the company is a reflection of the good supplier we have in you. Thank you very much to your team.
