Posturite offer a one-to-one consultancy service to develop personalised workplace strategies for individuals with menopausal symptoms.
Our specialist coaches spend time to gain a thorough understanding of each individual's role and their key tasks. We listen with a sympathetic ear to the challenges being experienced.
We then suggest a range of practical coping strategies and support around stress management, time management, confidence, concentration and organisation skills that may have been impacted by perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms.
How many coaching sessions are recommended?
We recommend a minimum of 3 sessions to be able to cover all areas and fully understand the individual's needs and coping strategies going forward.
