Muvman Stool
Thanks to patented flexzone® technology the muvman offers support and freedom of movement, the 4° forward tilt of the spring strut means that the muvman automatically adapts to your sitting position. A handy grip handle at the rear of the muvman makes it easy to shift from one space to another and the flexible, adaptable seat edge makes it supremely comfortable. The movement comes from the joint in the baseplate which keeps your hips flexible and your leg muscles active, improving circulation.
You can quickly and easily adjust your sitting height to anywhere between 510-840 mm. The HIGH version even gives a range of between 600-930 mm, perfect for taller users.

Q: My gas stem seems a little stiff – is this normal?
Sometimes, over time, the gas stem can become a little stiff when trying to adjust the height. A quick and easy fix for this is using WD-40 or Vaseline. Apply a light layer of grease to the gas stem, then try adjusting the gas stem 3-4 times. The gas stem should now adjust easily.
Q: How do I change the height of my Muvman stool?
Underneath the seat there is a button on the right hand side. Push this to adjust the height of your Muvman. Release once in a comfortable position to lock in place.
