The Jumper Balance Saddle Stool with Backrest is virtually identical to the Amazone Balance with Backrest - just with a wider seat.
We believe that everyone should have access to adjustable, ergonomic seating - even if they work in a busy standing environment like a hospital, reception area, or shop. The Score Jumper Balance Saddle Stool with Backrest is a neat solution to a common problem. It offers the same top-level ergonomic functions found on our office chairs, but in the form of a compact, height-adjustable stool that can be rolled out of the way in an instant.
Unlike the Jumper Balance Saddle Stool, this model comes with a backrest for additional support. This is ideal if you plan to be sitting down for longer periods of time as it will help to reduce the risk of muscle fatigue as you try to keep your body upright.
The Jumper Balance Saddle Stool with Backrest is an enhanced version of the original Jumper Saddle Stool. This means it benefits from the same anatomically-shaped saddle which tilts the pelvis into the correct position for a healthy, relaxed back posture to limit aches, pains and long-term injuries.
The new Jumper Balance Saddle Stool with Backrest has been re-engineered to include a clever balance mechanism that moves in the direction of the centre of gravity of the upper body. This means that when you adjust your position, the pelvis and spine remain in balance without putting pressure on the inside upper leg.
A ring under the seat can be turned to reduce or increase the tension depending on how much movement you’d like. This keeps your body stimulated for ultimate concentration and comfort. You can also adjust the height of the gas stem to reach your workstation comfortably.
- Saddle-like seat based on human anatomy - spreads legs and allows you to draw closer to your work while tilting the pelvis into a comfortable position.
- Height-adjustable gas stem so you can reach your workstation perfectly.
- Castors allow you to push the stool out of the way - prevents back problems from lifting and perfect for busy environments where space is at a premium.
- Balance mechanism stimulates core and keeps you moving for healthy active sitting.

Q: How do I adjust the angle of my Score Jumper Balance Saddle seat?
There is a lever on the right hand side at the back which adjusts your seat angle on your Jumper Stool. Pull the lever up and simultaneously lean forward. The saddle seat tilts, and provides a sound and healthy back posture.
Q: My gas stem seems a little stiff – is this normal?
Sometimes, over time, the gas stem can become a little stiff when trying to adjust the height. A quick and easy fix for this is using WD-40 or Vaseline. Apply a light layer of grease to the gas stem, then try adjusting the gas stem 3-4 times. The gas stem should now adjust easily.
