Ark Keyboard RF Black
The Ark keyboard's crowning glory is its thin, sleek, curved silhouette. As stylish as it is, it also serves an important function. Instead of sitting flush against the desk, the Ark’s keys rise up at the back in a gentle arc to reduce the distance your hand has to stretch to reach the keys. This limits muscle fatigue and supports your hand so you can type for longer in comfort.
Whether you hot-desk, travel around for work, or use a laptop as your daily computer, the compact Ark keyboard is the perfect companion. Take it with you as you go, using the wireless technology to connect instantly to any computer or laptop to start working immediately. No set-up, no wires, no worries.
The keyboard is small and light for easy transportation and the glossy black finish and eye-catching curve makes it an attractive addition to any desk set-up at home or in the office.

Q: My Ark keyboard misses keystrokes - why is this?
This is a sign your batteries may be getting low – please replace the batteries
You could be too far away from the wireless receiver – please try using the keyboard closer
Some USB ports offer lower power than other USB ports, so try inserting the receiver into another USB port
Q: My Ark keyboard does not work - what can I do?
Please check the batteries are in good condition, and if in doubt use a new set. The keyboard uses 2 x AAA batteries
Ensure the batteries are installed the correct way around
Check you have inserted the USB receiver correctly into the computer’s USB port. It may take a short period of time for the keyboard to pair with the receiver upon installing it into the USB port
Check the keyboard is turned on – there is an on/off switch on the bottom of the keyboard
Try pairing the keyboard to the receiver again. Press and release the connect button on the back of the keyboard, wait 30 seconds and the keyboard will find the receiver
Q: A key on my Ark keyboard has stuck down - what should I do?
Check that there is no debris around the key – if there is, use a cotton bud or fine instrument to remove it to release the key
There could be a tiny part of plastic swarf left on the case edge from the manufacturing process. If you do find this is the issue you might be able to easily remove it by running something hard and fine along the edge of the case where the key has stuck down
Try pulling up on the keycap to release it as the scissor mechanism under the key could be jammed
Q: What should I do if the keys do not strike correctly?
Give the Ark keyboard a clean, making sure it is free of dust, dirt and foreign matter.
Turn the Ark keyboard upside down to allow for any foreign debris, such as hair, food or dust to fall out.
We recommend that you periodically use compressed air to blow dust out of the hard-to-clean crevices in the Ark keyboard.
Please do not remove any keys/parts from the Ark keyboard as this invalidates the warranty.
