Good for your posture
Use the toggle on the central pedestal to adjust the height of your Otto table at a comfortable height for writing. Aim to have your elbows at approximately the same height as the table.
Elevate your view
You can then simply and easily lift the back section of the Otto table. Place your laptop on this raised section so that your laptop is at eye level. This creates a comfortable and neutral position for your head and neck when typing. A separate keyboard and mouse can go on the lower surface.
