Our new venture with Fellowes, an established family-run office supplies brand head-quartered in the US, will help deliver our workplace health and wellbeing expertise to new markets worldwide.
"I am confident that this partnership is an excellent fit for Posturite, giving us a global footprint and massive supply chain resource which are crucial for our continued growth", Posturite's CEO and founder Ian Fletcher-Price said.
"On behalf of everyone here I would like to extend a very warm welcome to our new shareholder and we look forward to doing business together."
Michael van Beek, President at Fellowes EMEA, commented: "This partnership signifies a unique opportunity for Fellowes to accelerate its growth in the workspace wellness category, which is a growing trend worldwide."
He added: "The agreement gives Fellowes a 20% shareholding of Posturite’s highly focused ergonomics business and we look forward to working with both teams to bring our clients and customers an unrivalled product mix."
Our companies will continue to be run separately, with collaboration on new product development and innovation.
